LBBC is hiring a Brand Marketing Lead who will support the building a long-term, meaningful connections with our constituents and brand partners, fostering a sense of community around the brand and cause while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
LBBC is headquartered just outside Philadelphia in Bala Cynwyd, PA and is a hybrid workplace. Candidates must be based in the Greater Philadelphia region and be able to work from our office several times per month.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with team members to support brand management through engaging content, visuals, and campaigns across digital platforms.
- Serve as the lead contact between marketing and development teams to align on product launches and brand initiatives; support appeals and fundraising campaigns with strong brand messaging to engage target audiences.
- Implement brand communications and integrate Breast Cancer Awareness Month (BCAM) strategies to support overall brand goals.
- Implement PR strategies and manage earned media opportunities to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Implement merchandise strategy and manage brand assets to ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
- Plan and coordinate photo shoots, collaborating with creative teams to produce high-quality visual content.
- Engage with LBBC constituents during fundraising and educational programs, elevating awareness of the organization and fostering connections that may lead to heightened engagement.
- Aid in promoting LBBC's educational initiatives by supporting marketing project leads, as necessary.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications and 5+ years’ experience working in marketing, or total equivalent experience.
- Experience managing marketing campaigns and cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
- Experience working with creative teams to produce high-quality content.
- Familiarity with graphic design and design software, including but not limited to Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, is a beneficial skill.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with HTML (experience with WordPress is advantageous).
- Genuine passion for health-related matters, patient advocacy, and/or oncology, a plus.
- Salary range begins at $65,000 per year. LBBC offers a comprehensive benefits package including:
